Disappointing Service from Milady's in Kloof

I have incessantly tried to count both the Milady's Kloof Branch ***)* as, well as the Milady's Head Office. Someone did answer the call at the Head Office (***)* however the line was dropped after ringing for a good few minutes. This is unacceptable behavior and service given that I have shopped at Milady's for many years!! it's disgusting to know that this is what I get after all these years as a loyal customer. *These are the numbers provided on the internet!!!!!
