Disappointed in quality of the jeans and customer service from Miladys Bluff

I am very dissatisfied with the service from Miladys Bluff. I bought a pair of jeans on the 6th of December, I wore them the same day. As I got to my function they were starting to turn white by the sewing on the sides. By the time I stood up I was so embarrassed as they had now torn on the sides. By the time I got home they were a mess. I took them back the Sunday morning, the 7th December and have still not got any feedback. Each time I call they tell me they are waiting for Head Office. Initially the lady who helped me had said I would get a call in 3 days but never ever did. I called them back 3 times to follow up. This was terrible service and the quality of those jeans was pathetic. R499 down the drain.
