Disappointed

Good day, was Monday afternoon was with my husband in the store was getting me a few items, and I was greeted by a wonderful young lady , unfortunately I was disappointed in what I saw and heard if this is the way management speak to there staff ,this all infront of a customer then I have nomore words, miladys u should really send your management team back to school so they can learn how to communicate in a decent manner to staff.
