Day light *******

Good evening.For more than 3 months i have been sending emails to Miladys to cancell all products on my accounts.I have paid up my account and are no longer using it.Last month my balance was R2.All of a sudden my balance is R21.45.Stop with this day light *******.If you dont feel like cancelling those products than close my account .I dont understand why your company have a customer service contact line coz they never answer however when u dont pay for a month they can call you 100times a day
