DAMAGED DRESS SENT

I have never had worse after sales service from a company, then what i received from Milady's. I ordered a dress on line, it was damaged. First of all, no quality check before it is sent off? Then i have been phoning, e-mailing AND whatsapping their client service contacts. I was on the phone with someone for almost an hour, got cut off, and the lady never phoned back??? No one has come back to me - this is extremely disappointing and I would not recommend anyone ordering from them, online at least...... BAD SERVICE
