Customers without cash waist my time. Yet my card facilities are out of order

Yesterday I just had to go and buy myself a few beanies. I have cancer and with winter approaching it is freezing without hair. I gone to the Greenacres Miladys in Potchefstroom. I found a few beanies and as reach the pay point the sales lady informed me only cash no card facilities. No where was this displayed in the store. My friend told me as we walk out she will draw cash for me since the risk for me to stand in long queues are to great. The 3 ladies did not see me stay behind and started to discuss the stupid people not having cash on them. Well this stupid lady decided there and then not to spend any money in that store again. But what is worst. Covid 19 protocol not followed. Sanitizer bottle handle by clients and no dedicated person spraying your hands before entering your store or contact list to be completed. The store manager find it appropriate behavior to discuss clients. Why must we spend our money at a store that have so little regard for people and yet part of advertising campaigns are people are important. Sorry to say Miladys you do not walk the talk
