Customer service

So upset 😡 bought a Jean that cost R479. Paid cash, swiping my card. The cashier Maria Mabiy informed me they don't have any plastics, I have to take another branded bag. When I asked what is the cost of the bag she said R4.50. I said no I don't need that bag as I will not use it again. She clicked her tongue and spoke in her language to the cashier next to her. She handed me the Jean and the slip and walked away. A other lady was standing there and I asked if she was the manager. When I asked her about the bags she said if I don't want the bag I must bring my own bag! Wow so I'm in Goldfields mall walking with a Jean! Is this customer service? Will another shop like Truworths allow me in with a piece of clothing in my hand, don't think so!
