Credit Bureau threat

My Account always pay up to date and more than due the month, and this month they threaten me with the credit bureau - Your Milady's account in arrears and the Credit Bureau has been notified, pay R...... immediately. Went to the branch with the last 6 months statements and proof of payment. The branch manager found nothing wrong and phone for assistance. Both ladies were nice, friendly and try to solve this. Apparently my account is in credit at the moment and nothing wrong. <br> So what I understand from the whole exercise is that if your EFT payment is late, the accounts department can send SMS threats and phone to Demand payment. ?? And if it is not transferred on the 1 of the month your behind. ??<br> If a payment was late - charge interest for the late payment. But at least have the facts straight and be able to tell me why they want to report the account without me wasting my time to try and find out why ...So the bottom line - Close the account - and problem solved.<br>
