My father opened the milady's account for my mother, in September they picked up that electricity worth R3000 was bought using the account and at the store they were advised that the code that was used to buy electricity is from the head office. The very rude consultant called to inform my parents that they are liable for a payment she was not even willing to listen. She said the reason is because my father's cellphone number was hacked which we are wondering where did she get that information. So we suspect that it was internal job.
