Cancelation of the clothing account and itc update request

I am unhappy with the service i am receiving from this company I settled my account 3years back however they blacklisted and listed me bad on my itc.. Please assist with updating my itc account and closing my miladys account since I no longer want it.. I am really not interested with using their account any more
