Call Center and Webiste -- POOR SERVICE

Calling the Miladys call center is a nightmare, you end up waiting atleast half an hour to speak to a consultant. For the last 2 days, i have called the call center with no success. The first time I called I waited almost an hour only to have the call cut, today again I tried calling waited for half an hour and thereafter the consultant puts me on hold and cut the call. Just to link my account on there website is such a mission.
