Bad service or should i say no service!!!!

I am highly upset as i ordered a parcel online on the 25th November 2024. It said 5 to 7 days for delivery. It is now the 9th December and i have still not recieved my parcel. I am looking like an idiot as it was a birthday present for last Thursday. Each time i email or phone enquiries i am told to please wait for feedback. I am highly disgusted as all other companies deliver in 2 days. The app wont let me track the parcel as it says label not scanned!!!! Please could somebody inform me as to where this parcel is???? I am going to close my account aswell as the service is beyond pathetic.
