Bad service at Miladys Mall of Africa

I have never been so humiliated like the way I was today at Miladys in Mall of Africa. I bought some clothes from Miladys in Centurion which I wanted to return in Mall of Africa as it's the nearest to me. The cashier being backed by the store manager where mocking me for returning then at their store instead of where I bought them. that cashier even removed her mask to show that funny faces towards me , even taking out her tongue. I was so shocked that a grown woman can do that. customer service is certainly not their strongest
