Bad service at Miladys

I have bought some denims from Mokopane store. 4 of these Denims zips broke after aboit 3 weeks of wearing. I have taken if back ti the store and one was credited, bit the other one was to be repaired at my own cost. One has broken, while fitting it in the fitting room at the store when the manager jad to come and help me to find a way to get the pants off pf my body. Result, I had to break the zip to get the pants of. I bpugt the 4th pair, and within 2 weaks, I have the same issue and once again they don't want to replace it.

I was given about 3 different telephone numbers and 2 email address to lie my complaint, but no one has even resolved my complaint

I jave also been told to take it back to my store where I bought it, but the manageress only says she can't help, I have to sort it out with headoffice.
