Bad service

Please be advised I had recently opened this account and I am not at all happy with the service. I purchased stuff at Miladys Pavilion 03 December lady advised to email. Me the slip which I to date never received. I tried calling several times on Saturday ND today *** just rings. Further more when I opened the account I was given vouchers which I was told can be used at nay store linked to the Mr Price group this includes Sheet Street. I purchased stuff the ladies tried but the system will not accept the voucher What a waste. Seriously think I made a huge mistake opening this account. Acc *** Mrs B Govender. Cell ***
