AWAITING REFUND

Good day So yesterday i went to Miladys to buy some clothing for a very important meeting that i had to attend today 24.05.21, i transfer money from Discovery bank and make a purchase, it goes through but no slip prints. The cashier asked me if the transaction is through, i showed him proof but he couldnt find the transaction and told me it will be reversed in a few minutes, i waited for about an hour and went back to the shop, when i get there the supervisor still cant pick up the transaction even when it shows on my account the purchase and the amount that went out. I am still waiting for my refund of R862.00 they refused to cancel the purchase and said they will call me once they have cashed up, iam still waiting for a call and an explanation as to why did my money go through and they are not picking the transaction up.
