Awaiting Credit on Goods not received

I have made various phone calls and e-mails and still not getting anywhere. - I think it is rather ridiculous and a very bad reflection on Miladys / MRP .

I have not received the goods that was invoiced to me on 26/11/2021 - today is 07/01/2022. I don't want the goods any more. Credit requested. This is now 72 days after the invoice date and I am still waiting and in the meantime I have to pay interest on these goods.
