Attitude stinks !!

For the first time in almost 20 years I defaulted on my account. I received a phone call from a chap at the call center who basically said if I didn't pay I would be handed over !! Really ? I have just had major knee surgery so this bill slipped my mind. I paid the said amount on the 24th Dec 2017 and this morning received a phone call and an sms harassing me to pay !! Well Miladys you can shove your goods where the sun doesn't shine, I don't need you but you need me, the customer. As soon as I can get to a shop I will be closing my account.
