@#$^ merchandise return policy

We bought merchandise from the branch in Matlosana Mall to an amount of R500+ and paid with cash and with a giftvoucher worth a mere R26.00. In returning some of the merchandise worth R348.00 they were not prepared to refund us with the cash we paid, due to the fact that partial payment consist of this worthless giftvoucher. What a @#$^ policy.
