Appalling call centre service

The Mr Price Money department is the absolute pits. I have been insulted and treated with utter disrespect by a call centre agent who did not have access to current information and who intimated I was being dishonest with him. How dare he question my integrity, not only as a client but as a human being? I have since received another message with outdated and incorrect information, so it seems that not only are the call centre staff poorly trained in customer service but the electronic system in place is not efficient. This interaction has resulted in me considering closing my account and having nothing further to do with any of the stores falling under the MRP Group.
