Appalled

At about 4 on yesterday afternoon, I walked into Milady's at Water test Mall looking for a pair of shoes. I went and sat on the benches provided where the shoes are. There were four assistance in the shop. There were 3 other people at the tills standing talking. Two of them left and the third stood and chatted. I moved to the other chair because I just wasn't getting any assistance. They all knew I was there, but they were not interested in helping. The one assistance even looked up at me and then carried on with what she was doing. I was there for at least 10 minutes with no assistance. I eventually got up and gave them a mouthful as I was walking out. They then said sorry can we help you. It was quite disgusting because if I hadn't commented about the fact that I hadn't been helped I wouldn't have even been asked if they could assist me. They were so interested in having a conversation with their friend than assisting their customers. They also don't realise that even though they were speaking in Zulu I understood their conversation. They just couldn't care. I will never go into that Milady's again and I'll never recommend it to anyone.
