ANNOYED AND UNSATISFIED BY THE **** SERVICE FROM THE MR PRICE GROUP

I have now for the second time ordered goods from Miladys, to be delivered at the Cradlestone Mall store, to be collected by myself. I received an email on Thursday 10 November, that my order was SHIPPED and on its way to Miladys. I have not had any feedback or notifications since then. I have just made a phone call to the call centre to get told that the order is still at City Logistics and has not left there distribution centre!!! This is unacceptable, it is now the 8th working day and Miladys Ts and Cs says 2-6 working days.
