Angry customer

I went to the Heidelberg (Gauteng) store today to EXCHANGE a Sarong DRESS I bought and was told swimwear can't be returned. Please tell me since when is a Sarong Dress seen as swimwear that can'tbe exchange??? I'm very disappointed. The staff there are also rude, they wait for you to call them to the till to assist you and the person who came to override, doesn't even great. They have now idea what customer service is.
