Pathetic service I ever encountered. This is at Bethal Miladys. I filled out a application form last year for a new account and I never until this day got any feedback whether it is approved or nothing. Everything I went to find out they tell me the system is down because of Loadshedding. What a load of bull****. No one has ever contacted me since. So don't even try to waste your time with them because they are BEYOND USELESS!!!!
