Accounting and payment system in chaos
I’ve received an SMS on 1st November 2023 stating that my account is in arrears, which was a false statement.
On the same day I contacted your call centre who did not mention that you experienced a system issue. In fact, I was requested to forward the Proof of Payment, since the last payment that your offices received, was in September 2023. (In simple terms, your own call centre was not aware of any system errors in respect of the allocation of the payments).
Your SMS suggested that I did not made payment to my account, hence you impaired my dignity and tarnished my credibility and reputation. You have no respect and ethical values and your derogative comments is not appreciated.
Although you eventually allocated the payment, the defamation of my character impacted my credibility and reputation.
Seeing that you did not acknowledge that your SMS and/or the feedback from your call centre and lack of feedback from your offices distressed me, I will institute a civil case against Miladys.

I fail to understand that companies don't learn from mistakes made by others. Look what happened to the mighty Edgars - you're probably on the same road of success.
An apology would've gone a very far way, yet your SMS tarnished the relationship.
Sorry, I'll remain an unhappy customer until such time that you respect the business relationship and take accountability for your SMS's. As stated supra, an apology would gone a far way, yet the feedback from Sivashni Mottian is questionable
Good luck with the future, seeing that I cannot be a brand supporter of a company that justifies every action, yet refuses to apologise for the late allocation of a payment.
