A new level of customer service

It is a pleasure to shop at the Cresta store. The team are consistently friendly and helpful. I would like to make special mention of a gentleman named Mohau. Mohau was persistent in his search to find the pair of shoes I required required and then took service to a new level by offering to collect the shoes personally as I was unable to. I was kept updated and advised when the shoes arrived in store, ready for collection; "they are in my hands".
