A good Miladys experienc.e

I have been to Miladys shops in recent weeks and found the staff very helpful & friendly in all of their stores. I bought a couple of things at the Benmore store where they were so pleasant and when I got home realized that the shoes I bought were the wrong size. I took them back but they didn't have the right size. I then went to their Cresta store, where they too were helpful and although they didn't have the right size they called around and found that the Mall of Africa had a pair. This was a Friday and on Monday I went to Mall of Africa where they had kept the pair of shoes for me. All round a very good experience which so seldom happens these days. I think their staff have been well trained. I was even phoned to ask if my experience was good or how could they improve on it.
