28 Day return policy

I wanted to return a Chirstmas gift which is too small. I has the til slip in hand. I was told the item was no longer on the system because I had come in after the 28 day return policy. Who knew about the policy?? Not me. That was the end of it. The ladies at Port Shepstone Milady's branch just stood there staring at me until I left.
