19 year old account still reflect against my name

I've contacted Miladys head regarding this account of 19years old that is reflecting negative against my name. I was informed that i had a zero balance. I phoned on a Saturday and was told that the supervisor will contact me to e-mail a letter and also to clear my name from the credit bureau. My id number is ********** 299086.
