I was informed that i had a zero balance. I phoned on a Saturday and was told that the caller will hand the complaint over to her supervisor she/he could contact the Attorneys who dealt with my account. I've logged a complaint about this matter on the 11th of April 2019 and to date haven't heard from Miladys at all. My id number is ********** 299086. ivytte: By what date exactly can i expect matter to be resolved. I phoned your offices and even went to the Greenacres branch and nobody could assist me. This platform was my next level. If i dont get any satisfaction from you by this coming Friday, 3rd May 2019 then i will take it a step further.

Is this what we call customer service. I am still waiting for feedback from Miladys head office and the letter stating that my name has bern cleared.
