17 years later ...

I opened an account with Miladys for convenience purposes and was approved for an account by Mr Price Money. I only used the account once. Now my account has been blocked for an account that was **********ly opened in my name in 2001 in Cape Town. I live in Potchefstroom. They cannot even provide me with an application form where I opened the account they just say that I owe them the money. In 2012 I was contacted by MBD collection agencies about the same matter and after sending them an affidavit they said that the matter was closed. So 17 years later the matter is still not sorted out. The account manager from MRP money, Siyabonga Malusi says he can't call me, and he is not answering my emails either. I am very dissatisfied with the inefficiency of MRP money who acts on behalf of Miladys
