Re MILA footwear SOUTH AFRICA - shocking experience- Be AWARE Given my recently operated foot I was looking for a nice comfortable, relatively fashionable pair of boots Thought I had found the perfect pair on MILA FOOTWEAR SOUTH AFRICA so went ahead, paid my R550 and waited

The shoes/boots arrived today - squashed into a small padded envelope Couldn't contain my excitement only to be flattened by a huge wave of DISAPPOINTMENT I'm totally aware of my own shoe size - SA 6 or European 39 The boots that arrived were HUGE/GIGANTIC. Totally not my size

So in accordance with the policy I wrote to MILA footwear SOUTH AFRICA and informed them IMMEDIATELY they came back and said I should POST THEM BACK TO CHINA!!! If I wanted a refund (An aside - if I go in2 a local shop and purchase an item - should I wish to return it for a full refund they don't tell me to send it back TO CHINA as I bought the item locally)

Another kicker - I then accepted their offer of a "free pair" in correct size Their FREE means paying A WHOPPING 50% HANDLING FEE PLUS POST

All I can say is that these people are full of it in every direction

Take note of my disgraceful experience Not a hope in hell that I wld recommend dealing with this dishonorable bunch again Remember MILA FOOTWEAR SOUTH AFRICA
