Mikrosolar Boksburg - Avoid

Our Mikrosolar geyser has been a complete disappointment as it has never worked.<br> <br> The only way the temperature goes above 46 degrees is when the internal backup element is left on . If I had known this was a requirement I would have retained by old well made Kwikhot geyser.<br> <br> The standard of installation was shocking and can best be described as a complete mess. <br> After considerable frustration the Mikrosolar technician from Boksburg came to investigate and advised me that the control valve was not working and a header tank was required . <br> A few hundred rand later the Mikrosolar geyser was still less than useless.<br> <br> Scheduled appointments were not kept on time<br> <br> The back of the installers bakkie, with the tools of the trade, looked more like that of a s**** dealer merchant. <br> <br> It was then recommended that a Geyserwise controller be installed to monitor what was happening inside the geyser. Thirteen hundred rand later , all this did , was confirm that all I had done was purchase a lousy badly made product , that simply does not work .<br> <br> Heath the manager / owner of the Mikrosolar agency in Boksburg could not have been less helpful .
