Complete ****, and rude to boot

I've spent nearly half a year trying to get my products out of Carla. There have always been excuses, and the first I annoyed her into actually sending some products, many fo them were the wrong ones. Spent another few months waiting for more, which them were incorrect and then suddenly LOST. When asked about a refund for the umpteenth time, it was either there wasn't money, or wait till the end of the month. Then all I got was the silent treatment. I shouldn't need to beg and plead to get the products I paid for. Avoid buying from this person at all costs!
