Damaged Festool circular saw

I brought my Festool circular saw in for a service approximately 10work days ago from todays date. These machines are very expensive and I make a good job of taking very good care of them. To my surprise when I got my machine back it was severly scratched on the external blade cover. I am well aware that there was one scratch on that side, but now it is so badly damaged and scratched right through the powdercoating straight to the bare aluminium on the external cover. I am not pleased. I am strongly considering not to support Miketontools anylonger.
