Shady deal?
I recently ordered a 8m x 4m carport from Mikeshades. The moment the order was placed, it became extremely difficult to communicate with Mike. He simply did not repond for extended periods. The eventual waiting time for pre-manufacture was reasonabile. Installation was quickly after that. Unfortunatly with the first Pretoria thundestorm the structure gave way and bend. I contacted Mike and asked to inspect the damage. He promised to have a look but it never happened. He simply went into silent mode again. I then offered to even contribute financially to fix the damage but no response. I the reminded him about his warranty and product quality claims to no avail Based on my experiece with this company I will recommend you stay away from them.
