I deeply regret using this moving company. What should have been a simple, professional move turned into an absolute nightmare, filled with dishonesty, delays, and blatant disrespect.

I booked and confirmed a private move, but when the truck arrived, it was already partially loaded with someone else’s furniture. I never agreed to a shared load, and yet the company went ahead without my consent. Then they tried to charge me an extra R3,500 for a trailer they arranged behind my back.

When I questioned this, Mike – who is supposed to be the manager – raised his voice at me, refused to listen, and eventually put the phone down in the middle of our conversation. His behavior was aggressive and completely unprofessional.

He then tried to bully and coerce me into paying the full balance before the truck was even offloaded, threatening to return the furniture if I didn’t comply. I had to deal with this stress while my elderly mother waited hours for her belongings — the delivery only arrived 12 hours late, at 9 PM.

To top it off, he never sent me a contract, yet constantly referred to “his terms and conditions” as if they were legally binding. No proper documentation, no insurance details, and now several of our items are damaged, with no clear way to claim.

Mike’s behavior is disgraceful. This company lacks transparency, accountability, and basic respect for their clients. If you don’t want to be bul****, **** to, and left in the dark, do yourself a favor and stay far away.
