Poor service, no refunds

<p>I contracted Mike to do a weekly lawn and edge cut. Because my house was for sale he was very eager to get the job from me of planting new beds and plants to upgrade the garden for the sale. Without my consent he went ahead and "cut" a bed as a sample which was not what I wanted/asked for and had to replant the grass at my own expense. When I did the landscaping myself, from that point his whole attitude and service level dropped. The final straw was when he arrived minutes after heavy rain and started cutting edge grass with a ****eater completly marking the newly painted white walls with green wet grass. The grass was soaking wet and clearly not mower ready. When I asked him to stop and asked if he would repaint the wall if it got completely marked with green, he pretty much told me thats how its done and it is just one of those things. He also said cutting grass minutes after heavy rain was "normal". When I then termintade his service, he refused to refund the money for future weeks saying thats not how it works. An avoid company in my experience. </p>
