Worst Service ever feom a restaurant

Never again will I put my feet in Mikes Kitchen on Buffelsfontein in Port Elizabeth. Worst service ever, starters were amazing but then it all went down hill from there. Got main meals an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. Chips ice cold and half cooked, ribs were ok. Ordered a jozi steak, med well with extra avo, get steak with no blue cheese (as in menu) so manager takes food back, half an hour later food has not returned so manager said oh sorry they remaking the whole meal, finally get food looks amazing but oh wait the steak is med raw not med well. Get manager and her response, oh sorry sir but I'm crying more than you due to lack of staff. Not once has our waiter Clive come to our table to check on us. So eventually I strip my moer and request the bill, both our plates are half eaten. Manager or Clive our waiter never returned to our table but send another waiter instead. Paid the bill with a written tip on how to be a waiter and a manager. NEVER AGAIN WILL MIKE KITCHEN SEE ME OR MY FAMILY THERE and if I can help it neither will my friends.
