Worst Service EVER!!!

We attended a birthday function yesterday at your Mayville branch and from when we arrived until when we finally left it was a horrible experience for all of us. The booking was for 24 people at 1 pm, when we arrived at 1:10 pm, the tables weren't ready yet. we received 1 ashtray at the beginning of the afternoon and it was not emptied once, the waitress just brought extra ashtrays and let them fill up too. They were also not removed when the food was finally served. Drinks orders were placed and we waited about 45 minutes for them to be brought to the tables. We ordered our food and that took another hour to be served. Not once was the table cleaned of all the empty cans and dirty glasses, the waitress just left them on the table until one of our guests got fed up and eventually took them to the kitchen for her. The waitress was rude, very unfriendly and dirty. The manager didn't come out to our tables once to check on us either. When we finally received our bill (which took another hour to generate) there was a service fee already added. How do you expect us to pay a service fee if we didn't get any service?!?! None of us will ever be returning to this restaurant. It was AWFUL!!!
