Worst service ever

We went to Mike's Kitchen in Rustenburg because the electricity was off in some parts of Rustenburg. We ordered our food half past 7. A guy came in after we ordered and finnished his food before we received our food. At 20:00 the electricity came back on. 20:40 we got our food after we told the waitress that we would like the bill because we did not get our food. My steak was undercooked and more fat and tendons than meat. (I only had a couple of bites and gave the rest to my dogs.) my wife ordered a burger. The bacon on the burger was undercooked, the and the burger was dry. Very poor service and even worse food.
