Worst experience ever

I took my family for lunch at Mikes Kitchen in Alberton on Saturday 01/08/2015. The service was appalling as the waiter gave the impression that he was clearly not interested in doing his job. It took nearly 20 min just to get a second drink order. The food that we had ordered looked no where near the image presented on the menu and undercooked. The overall hygiene of the restaurant is relay substandard (bits of paper / plastic on the floor, table sticky and severely worn (full of scratches). R 650.00 later for 3 almost average meals... A very disappointing experience indeed.
