Worse experience ever.

Dear Mike's Kitchen.

Today, on Women's day I decided to take my family out for lunch while having family from overseas, a lot of people said try Mike's Kitchen Klerksdorp.

WHAT A DISASTER! Unfriendly Dominique a waiter that is working for Mike's Kitchen Klerksdorp served our table. Did not introduce herself and was very confused about what we wanted to order. My family member ordered a SALMON that is the most expensive dish on the menu R220.00 which we sent back twice. The other order was Prawn & Chicken Curry. According to the menu the Chicken curry comes with three different add-ons (fruit chutney side souses) to give flavor. We then asked for it and Dominique said we don't offer that with the chicken curry. We then argued with her and said they must remove it from the menu as it's false advertising.

Our special guest from overseas said that the Fillet Special was tough with no flavor or whatsoever while asking for warm plates the food was ice cold and unpleasant to eat. Our waiters' uniform was full of dog or cat hair and found hair in my food while serving our table. Due to our bad experience we called the manager and told him the issue we are experiencing and he said nothing but will go follow up in the kitchen and never smelled him again. I am terribly sorry but after paying R1400.00 for such experience is just unacceptable and will no longer support Mike's Kitchen at all.
