Very bad service

I took my fiance and my mother out for a lunch at mike's kitchen.<br> We got there at 1:05. On a friday. The place was awfully quiet.<br> So we order drinks and food at the same time so that my fiance cam be back at work in time. The drinks came first, then at 1:45, there was still no food... We just ordered 3 hamburgers and chips. Does it take 40mins to make 3 patties. Then told the manager that we will just be paying for the drinks and that they can leave the food seeing that our time has run out. She said she wanted to put it in a bag for us, but the whole point of it was going to sit down and have a meal away from work. Very bad service
