Unhappy customer

I went to Mike's Kitchen in rustenburg cashan for the first time fon Sunday , since we are new to Rustenburg It looked like a very child friendly restaurant... We got there, there was no one at the door to assist us sit, we walked ourselves to the tables outside and my kids started playing, sat down for 30min without even been noticed , went and asked for assistance from the waiter and he said he will attend us, 30min down the line still not served. I took my kids and we went to spur..... This was very upsetting as another lady next to us also kept screaming for service since she hasn't been attended to for the the past hour. Please do something about your staffing
