TERRIBLE SERVICE-MIKES KITCHEN IN SALT ROCK (BALLITO)

For my sister's birthday celebration on Saturday, we had a lunch booking at Mike's kitchen in Salt Rock (Ballito). The service was terrible. The food took ages and it was not done according to spec. We ate in the dark because of load shedding (I couldn't believe that a franchise that big did not have a working back up generator) The waitress was rude (Amanda Mhlongo).

Any way the manager CJ offered us a discount on our bill, hence the challenges above. Amanda just wouldn't accept that, she wanted us to pay the whole thing. The girl just does not know her place.
