Terrible service

<p>My family and I went to Mike's kitchen mount pleasant on Christmas day for lunch . I specifically booked for their morning session ,only to find on arrival that I was booked for the 2pm session after I confirmed my booking twice ! The managers were *********** of handling the situation and just placed us outside ! The people who arrived in front of us ,name didn't even apear on the list and they had their receipt with them ! The table with the custards and plates on was filthy . I understand it was busy and the waiters where under alot of pressure but service was very slow and waiter very forgetful .. Otherwise the food was devine. </p> <p> </p>
