Tasteless Food....Definitely below quality

With Mike's birthday special me and my spouse enjoyed a fabulous lunch. Because of that experience we convinced ourselves to again supper at Mike's on Saturday.

What a disappointed. The ribs and steak we ordered was tasteless. I didn't even finish my food. I had to take the rest for my dog.

Upon my complaint to the manager his response was he did ask us if all was fine....This is a question usually posed to try and solicit to try and find out if patrons dont want something more to order.

At the pay point another customer and his spouse had the same complaint.

I am gutted that R420 was blown into the air in such manner but more is that our evening was in fact spoiled. We had to make use of fast food restaurant to still our hunger.
