Shocking service and overall experience!

The waiter got my water order wrong, asked for plain water with no ice/lemon, which it arrived with both. Wife's food tasted like the grill had just been washed and she had to ask for another meal, which arrived promptly without extra charge. Had to ask for cutlery twice, and condiments weren't set. Meal was great, and said to waiter it was my wife's birthday. Waiter asked if we wanted dessert, which we said no but he brought the menus anyway. Got the bill and paid but had to remind waiter for an order I placed for takeaway, so he had forgotten! Machine ran out of paper so didn't get that receipt! Upon leaving, was told to hold on for the ice cream surprise, but when they came out to sing around my wife, they proceeded with the ice cream to another table! very embarrassing for us and now we had to wait for the guys to sing for us again and bring the ice cream! By now we really didn't want to be there and had to ask for the ice cream to be a take away... which we got in a coffee cup.<br> <br> VERY disappointed, left there angry and wife's evening was spoiled by the overall service.
