service to rather forget

<p>What was meant to be a memorable night with the soon to be newly weds, became a night of frustration and hunger!! we got there at about 18:45 and only received our drinks about 45 minutes later! About 20min later, we placed our order for the food and some are still waiting to receive it! 3 Hours after our arrival and about 2 hours of waiting for our food, the request (instruction) was given to rather get the bill, as the food was still not served to 8 of the 18! A child of 3 had to wait for 2 hours to get a plate of chips!! </p> <p>We had to constantly ask how long it is going to take to get the food and the answer every time was 2 minutes (which obviously was not) </p> <p>Bad service was the order of the day and we had a bride and groom (who had to be calm before their wedding day) had to go to bed hungry and irritated!</p> <p>A night of good spirits was ruined by this bad experience at Mike's Kitchen!</p> <p>We will not recommend this place to anyone, nor will any of us visit this institution again! </p>
